1. Process flow when using PP raw materials in non woven fabric machine
Conveying → metering and mixing → melt extrusion → filtration → metering → spinneret extrusion → cooling → drafting → web forming → fiber web consolidation → winding and slitting → non-woven fabric products.
2. Process flow when using PET/PLA raw materials in non woven fabric machine
Conveying → drying → metering and mixing → melt extrusion → filtration → metering → spinneret extrusion → cooling → drafting → web forming → fiber web consolidation → (setting) → winding and slitting → non-woven fabric products.
From the above process flow, it can be seen that the production process of PET/PLA nonwoven fabric is basically the same as that of PP raw materials, except that a drying process of raw materials is added, and some production lines may also add a thermal “setting” process.
